@ Indiana State Fair Grounds

This show marks the beginning of our regular events as it comes at the end of January or the beginning of February. This year this show was better then ever as it took over most of the Indiana State Fairgrounds (at least three buildings worth). First in recent history was the fact that we managed to get fair weather on move in day which helped quite a bit. This year Indipala SS was given 4 concurrent spaces to display our cars as a club.

Our display this year was just in front of the massive Maguiers hauler in the new building just behind the Blue Ribon Pavilion. Representing our club we had none other then David Bass with his 1996 DCM Impala SS, JR Jani with his fully customized 1995 BBB Impala SS, Aaron Clapp with a magnificent 1995 BBB 9C1 Caprice (Fallen Officer Memorial Car Project) and Chino Barreto and his 1995 BBB "Brickyard 400" pace car replica. Members of Indipala SS who visited the display throughout the weekend had a great time checking out some of the pristine rides found about the pavilions but also socializing with fellow car nuts.

The crowd is getting anxious - is Indipala SS going to win anything?

Thanks to Andy's hospitality and gracious efforts Indipala SS members walked away once again this year with some serious hardware. 1st, 2nd, 3rd and 4th place in the 1990-2000 Conservative Hardtop Impala category. . We are definetely proud to have had this fine people represent us there this year and can't wait for next year's to get here.
